  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Please note that some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or custom nature, and these will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
